Hello, I’m Keren. In my work as a Holistic Healthcare Consultant I have helped hundreds of people to transform their lives, physically, mentally and emotionally. I specialise in Holistic Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Weight Management and Smoking Cessation. My passion is empowering others to reach their full potential, with a strong focus on integrity, respect and consideration for the wellbeing of others.
A thirty year corporate career in management and training has given me a deep understanding of the cascading and cumulative effects of the stress and pressure of a busy life.
