Distance Healing and Practitioner level
Our Reiki courses are usually conducted as Weekend Workshops, or they may be held on separate days, one week apart. They are unique, including a spiritual development component to enhance your self-knowledge, intuition and awareness of energy. You are introduced to working with energy, and healing with love and intuition rather than following a standard formula.
Reiki 2 deepens the level of knowledge and understanding that you experienced in Reiki 1. It opens additional energy centres and connects you to even greater Universal Life Force Energy.

The energy used for healing ourselves and for channeling to others so that they may heal themselves, is the energy of unconditional love. Pure, unselfish love is the highest energy available to us.
As Reiki is an exchange of unconditional love and Universal Energy between giver and receiver, respect the sacredness of the occasion and ensure all possible steps are taken to fully respect this beautiful exchange of energy.
When you channel energy to someone else you are not using your own energy, but simply acting as a pipeline for Unconditional Love and Universal Energy, the energy that surrounds us. However, your focus and intention is very powerful and can focus and upgrade the energy that is channeled through you.
Reiki 2 will teach you how to send healing to the past and enhance the future, transcending distance and time. Learn to send Life Force Energy across distance to those far away from you, to unreachable areas on your own body, or send emotional healing to the past during a hands-on or a distance healing session.
With Reiki 2 you can begin to practice Reiki professionally if you wish. You will also receive a direct lineage to Mikao Usui enabling you to join a Reiki Association.

About the course:
These Reiki courses are unique as they include a spiritual development component to enhance your self-knowledge, intuition and awareness of energy. You are introduced to working with energy, and healing with love and intuition rather than following a standard formula.
Reiki 2 is very beautiful and builds upon what you have done in Reiki 1, further enhancing the changes you may have experienced since Reiki 1. Reiki 2 is usually done a minimum of 3 months after Reiki 1, allowing time for energies to integrate and the expand body's capacity to channel life force energy.
Using three sacred symbols and attunements, Reiki 2 teaches you to do distant healing which enables you to send healing over distance and time, including past and future events. Very beautiful, and powerful. There is also further information about chakras and connecting with your spirit guides. The Reiki 2 manual will be provided on the weekend – there is no need for prior reading. Please bring your Reiki 1 information with you.
Please bring something that you will use as a surrogate object for distance healing. This object will probably continue to be something that you will continue to use for distance healing after the course, so a cuddly teddy bear or a favourite doll is nice. Some people use a pillow. Please also bring a photo of someone who you would like to receive distance healing (we will also swap photos). We will do this on Sunday morning, so you can let them know. It’s best if the recipient is not driving at the time.
