  • Feeling fearful will only lower your immune system, so keep doing what you are doing to be safe, and only engage with the news enough to keep up to date with what is going on.
  • Do everything you can to support your immune system
  • Surround yourself with an energetic bubble of protection and try to feel good no matter what is going on around you.  You will find some tools to help you do this on our social media sites, or in our Posts
  • Keep your sense of humour, and keep it in perspective. Laughter boosts your immune system 😊
  • Utilise all of the resources that you have.
